For sauce, place olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard and sage in a
small pan. Bring to simmer and cook for five minutes. remove from heat
and mix in sauterne and vinegar. Pour sauce over steak, cover and
marinate 24 hrs. turning meat often during the 24 hrs. (Refrigerate
during marinating) Broil about 25 minutes. Baste meat often during
cooking with remaining sauce.
