Broiled Chuck Steak

Ingrediënten:


3 lbs. chuck steak cut 1" thick1/4 c. olive oil
1 t. soy sauce2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 t. dry mustard1/2 t. sage
1/4 c. sauterne wine2 T. wine vinegar
2 t. worcestershire sauce2 T. catsup

Preparation:


For sauce, place olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard and sage in a small pan. Bring to simmer and cook for five minutes. remove from heat and mix in sauterne and vinegar. Pour sauce over steak, cover and marinate 24 hrs. turning meat often during the 24 hrs. (Refrigerate during marinating) Broil about 25 minutes. Baste meat often during cooking with remaining sauce.
