Fillet Mignon a la Stanley







Number of Servings - 4



Ingrediënten:


4 one inch fillets4 slices of bacon
2 medium bananas-sectioned4 T. butter
4 T. boiling water1 t. beef extract

Preparation:


Trim each fillet into neat circle and wrap a strip of bacon around, fasten securely with toothpick. Let stand twenty minutes before broiling. Serve rare. In two tablespoons of butter sautee both bananas (sectioned). To fat remaining in pan, add four tablespoons of boiling water, one teaspoon of beef extract and two tablespoons butter. Pour around beef.
