Barbecued leg of lamb







Number of Servings - 12



Ingredients:


4 or 5 lb. leg of lamb2 chopped onions
1/4 c. vinegar1/2 t. dry mustard
4 T. catsup2 T. sugar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce4 c. water

Preparation:


Salt and pepper leg of lamb, roll in flour. Put in roaster with ingredients listed above. Put lid on roaster and bake in a moderate oven (350'F.) for 3 or 4 hours or until meat is tender. Meat should be turned and basted with sauce every half hour. Remove lid from roaster half hour before meat is ready, to permit browning. Serve with the sauce.
