Juicy chicken balls
Number of Servings - 5
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
1 t. salt
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preparation:
Mix together hamburger, water, salt, and oatmeal. Chill 30 minutes. Form into balls, roll in flour, and brown on all sides in a small amount of shortening in a skillet. Add the chicken soup and simmer for 20 minutes uncovered.
