Pepper Steak







Number of Servings - 4



Ingrediënten:


1 lb., 1/4 inch sirlion tips (cut in serving pieces)2 T. fat
1/4 c. chopped onion1 clove garlic
1 t. salt1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. hot water2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 large green peper, sliced in rings2 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water2 T. soy sauce

Preparation:


Brown meat. Add onion and garlic last minutes. Season. Dissolve, bouillon cube in hot water and add to meat. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and green pepper. Cook 10 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into meat. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes longer. Serve with hot chinese noodles or rice
