Pork Chops 1

Ingredients:


1 pork chop2 T. fat
1 1/4 in. slice of onion1 1/4 in-ring of bell pepper
1 T. uncooked rice1 small can Englisch peas
1 c. tomatoes

Preparation:


Brown pork chop in fat. Place in a greased baking dish. Place the onion, bell pepper and rice on top of the pork chop. Add tomatoes and English peas around the chop. Cover and cook slowly at 325' F. for 1 hour. (This recipe may be varied to suit the individual taste by addition of different vegetables.)
