Pork chops 2







Number of Servings - 5



Ingredients:


5 thick pork chops5 1/2-in. large slices Bermuda onions
5 T. rice5 1/2-in. slices green pepper
No. 2 can tomatoes 1/4 c. chopped celery1/4 c. chopped celery

Preparation:


Steam rice in small amount of water for 5 minutes. Season chops to taste. Brown in Dutch oven over moderately high heat. Top each browned chop with an onion slice and green pepper ring. Put rice inside ring. Add tomatoes and celery over all. Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour or until chops are tender.
