Pork chops a la pineapple

Ingredients:


6 Pork chops3/4 c. mushrooms
1 c. pineapple juice1 T. fat
6 slices pineapple1/2 c. mushroom liquid
Salt to taste

Preparation:


Brown pork chops in fat. Remove from pan. Brown pineapple quickly and remove from pan. Brown mushrooms and remove from pan. Place pork chops in pan, put a slice of pineapple on each chop. Cover with mushrooms and juices. Cover pan and cook on low heat I hour. Serve hot.
