Chicken breasts baked in cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients:


3 T. hot fat3 lbs. chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 can of canned milk
2 t. salt1/8 t. pepper

Preparation:


Brown chicken breasts in hot fat and add cream of mushroom soup, canned milk and salt. Blend soup and canned milk well. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly. Bake until tender. just before serving, remove chicken and keep warm while making gravy. Temperature 300'F. Bake about 2 hours. For the gravy, blend mixture of 2 tablespoons flour and I/2 cup water into drippings in baking pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. If too thick, thin with milk.
