Ham salad mold

Ingredients:


2 t. sugar1 package lemon gelatin (3 oz. size)
3 T. lemon juice1 c. hot water
2 T. chopped sweet pickle1 c. chopped ham or tuna
1 c. chopped celery2 T. diced pimento
1 c. small peas (canned)1 T. grated onion
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 t. salt

Preparation:


Stir gelatin, water, juice and sugar to dissolve. Cool. Add the chopped ham, sweet pickle, celery, pimento, peas, and onion. Lastly, fold in whipped cream mayonnaise and salt. Mold in 8 x 8 inch pan or individual molds. Serve on lettuce.
