Easy luncheon salad

Ingredients:


1 package lemon jello1 c. mayonnaise
1 canned corned beef1/2 t. salt
1 T. chopped green pepper1 c. chopped celery
1 T. chopped onion2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Preparation:


Prepare jello according to package directions. Let set in refrigerator until thick and syrupy. Beat until light. Fold in mayonnaise. Add to this, the corned beef which has been separated into small bits and all fibres removed, the chopped ingredients, salt. Let congeal and serve on lettuce cups.
