Baked fish 1







Preparation:


Any whole fish or fillets suitable for baking Celery leaves or garden 
lettuce
Parsley
Lemon juice from half a lemon 
1/3 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste 
Seasoning salt


Make a bed of parsley, celery leaves (or garden lettuce) and thinly sliced onion on a double sheet of aluminum foil paper. Place fish for baking on the sheet, sprinkle fish with salt, freshly ground pepper, seasoning salt and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Cover with parsley, celery leaves and sliced onions and fold the foil closed with a "drugstore fold." Bake 30 minutes in oven or over a charcoal fire. Can also be cooked in a campfire.
