Baked fish 3

Ingredients:
3 to 5 lb. fish
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
8 slices salt pork
1 large onion
1 No. 2 can tomatoes
1 No. 2 can water
Preparation:
Dress fish whole. Rub outside and inside with salt and pepper. Place in baking pan. Lay strips of salt pork and slices of onion around and on top of fish. Pour tomatoes and water over fish. Bake covered for one hour at 375'C.
