Baked fish fillets







Number of Servings - 4



Ingredients:


1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen1/4 c. milk
1/2 can mushroom or cream of tomato soup1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. salt1/4 t. onion salt
Extra black pepper1 T. dried parsley flakes
2 T. butter or margarine

Preparation:


Cut fish into five to six serving pieces. If frozen, let thaw one hour. Arrange in baking dish. Combine soup, milk, salt, pepper and onion salt. Pour mixture around fish. Sprinkle with extra black pepper and parsley flakes. Dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 20 to 25 minutes, or until fish is fork tender. Serves three to four.
