Baked Rock

Ingredients:


1 1/2 lbs. rock fish2 c. water
2 strips bacon1 t. salt
Dash celery salt3 small potatoes
1 small onion1/4 t. pepper

Preparation:


Place fish, water, salt, pepper, celery salt in a large heavy pan. Slice onion and potatoes and put in water. Cover and bake in a slow oven (300'F.) for 1 hour.
