Baked Rock
Number of Servings - 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. rock fish
2 c. water
2 strips bacon
1 t. salt
Dash celery salt
3 small potatoes
1 small onion
1/4 t. pepper
Preparation:
Place fish, water, salt, pepper, celery salt in a large heavy pan. Slice onion and potatoes and put in water. Cover and bake in a slow oven (300'F.) for 1 hour.
