Potato dressing for duck

Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1 finely chopped onion
2 c. white potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. stale bread crumbs
2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
2 eggs
Preparation:
Combine mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, seasonings and well beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly and fill duck. [Will stuff 2 ducklings or 1 large duck.]
